Paterson Backs Plan For Low-Interest Student Loans (WCBS-TV New York)

Gov. David Paterson is supporting a plan to create low-interest student loans for public and private universities in New York. The proposal for a subsidized loan program financed through tax-exempt bonds comes from the state Commission on Higher Education.
